You will fill out your form and I may ask you to be more specific if needed, if not you will receive your lists of affirmations for the desires you requested. If more info is needed, I will ask for it and then curate your affirmations for you. 

NO subjects such as health, mental health, trauma, triggering subjects. You may request affirmations for tangible items, relationships/ friendships, success of any kind, self concept, appearance, etc. There is NO guaranteed number of affirmations promised per subject. I will provide as many as I feel makes sense with your desire.
