This service is for one desire! You will receive a list of affirmations to choose from. You will choose 1-2 for your challenge from that list. Email will include instructions as well. After the initial form and instruction email, you have 2 emails for any questions / if I need additional information to give you the best affirmations possible. Please only list ONE desire on your form.
